On May 31, the Teva Mountain Games kicked off in Vail, Colo. for its fifth year as the largest outdoor adventure sports festival in the country. This year, Yahoo! is there, offering exclusive online coverage with daily blogs, digital photos, video and special features. Bookmark this page for frequent updates and links to daily content in The Adventure Beat, your crossroads on Yahoo! for all things adventure.
Our team in the field includes endurance competitor and journalist Lindsay Yaw, a freelance magazine journalist out of Boulder, Colo. She writes for many national sports, fitness and outdoor magazines, and has also competed in several endurance races, so she's well-versed in the competitive spirit.
Lindsay is joined in Vail by videographer Didrik Johnck, and photographers John Canning and Christian Kallen of the Richard Bangs Adventures media team.
